The service of RE is so pathetic..they took the vehicle today again now they say battery charge Kar k dekhtey hai..they have to change RR unit but because it's in warranty they want to do tantrums

@@BharatChhajed-rv9sy most RE service are like Tata service. If you get a good service centre, the only go... Else they will damage your bike. It's not the RR Unit. It's just heating issue. RR Unit won't for it... Try installing a FuelX and change oil to fully synthetic oil..you will be fine

If you are a heavy user of the bike in traffic, the. I recommend FuelX to be installed. People have given good reviews post installations. Call the up and ask from heating issue resolution.

It happened due to not applying proper torque on the bolt which holds the engine to the chassis. You can check abhinav bhatt detailed video . He made a video on it and spoke to RE

Any weight more than a KG is bad

All crash guards are attached in the same place. Zana has the worst fitting. RE guys told me that the vibration is hampered due to crash guards and so the possibility of the chassis breaking is high. That's why they recommend small crash guards by RE

Once engine becomes stress member, and attaching crash guard will create another path for forces to travel. Once that happens there might be a split of forces or addition of forces from that point. Until its studied with exact forces etc its bit tough to judge the level of forces it will undergo

Another thing i noticed is that bolts are not torqued as per specifications and even mine was lose and got it torqued

Change your side stand sensor. It will cost you less than 800

No need to change the RR Unit. Cause that's not the solution. The reason why it's getting heated up is because of don't have a cooling fan. It depends fully on the air to cool the engine. If you change it to Motul it will help. But if you are frequent city rider, i would recommend adding FuelX. It will definitely solve the problem

Only when it is heated, it turns back on. Not even after oil change this is happening. I remember changing from Indian oil fuel to HP fuel and then this started, not sure if that is the problem by any chance
